 Massive sport events, such as the Olympics require extremely high investments, and are always a risk, since it's almost never guaranteed that the facilities are being used after the event. By taking the Olympics' slogan "Inspire a Generation", and adding a question mark in the end, we're questioning the authorities and the ethnical aspect of the idea of the Olympics.
